About My Clients
I have learned throughout the years how important and how challenging it can be to find the right support for mental health issues and wellness, so I have prepared myself. Working in research, community and medical settings brought very rich and helpful experiences, all contributing positively to my therapy style and skills.
My Background and Approach
My main goal is to provide a safe space for you to get in touch with your own inner power and live a more connected and satisfying life. Cultivating self-awareness, mindfulness, discovering your own strengths and understanding your own story are essential steps for growth. Realizing these steps is a challenge in its own so I want to be there to help you in the journey. My clinical tools are rooted in evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and also informed by Self Compassion, Feminist and other postmodern perspectives. I have training in Trauma Informed Care and safe support for LGBTQI community. I have built my expertise in the mental health field so when combined with your own perspective and expertise in YOU we can discover your new path.
