Much of my work is informed by the idea that, in order for us to heal, we must first feel like our perspective matters. That begins with an acceptance that your struggles (e.g., unmanageable anxiety, heavy feelings of depression, identity confusion) are valid and deserving of support. I strive to create an inclusive, affirmative space where you feel supported to speak your truth into existence. In our time together, we will identify the many forces that have impacted your ability to live authentically. Through the lens of social justice and cultural humility, I will approach our work from a relational place, while also integrating practices centered in acceptance and commitment.
