Depression, anxiety, uncertainty, substance abuse, self-esteem, eating disorders, and interpersonal turmoil can get in the way.
My Background and Approach
I use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and EFT tapping to help individuals and couples reduce uncomfortable feelings and increase their level of fulfillment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in giving attention to the body, mind, and spirit. Spirituality can be a way to connect with who we are and find meaning.
