About My Clients
I help clients figure themselves out, identify needed changes, and take positive actions to create the changes they want. Talking through your feelings with someone can significantly reduce stress and anxiety and help clarify a path forward. We can only truly see ourselves through the reflection of others. Talking, understanding, and acceptance are the first steps, but only action creates change.
How I Can Help You
For those who have a prior diagnosis or think they may have some ADHD symptoms, we'll assess your history and executive skills for strengths and areas of improvement. We'll focus on finding solutions and taking actionable steps to address common ADHD-related problems such as an inability to get started, task avoidance and paralysis, disorganization, emotional dysregulation, poor time management, uneven productivity, and relationship problems.
