Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Aurora, CO
Throughout my career and research on caregiving stress, it has become apparent that there are many giving people in the world. The problem is many givers tend to be terrible receivers. So many spend their lives taking care of others, leaving themselves feeling tired, depressed, anxious, or even overwhelmed. I have developed tools to help caregivers bring balance back to their lives to help manage the stress of caring for others.
Anxiety and Depression are the leading mental health diagnoses. With the high demands and fast paced life styles many of us have it makes sense why. Luckily there are many tools and skills I help teach my clients to help them reduce the symptoms and take back control of their life. I help people connect with what their body is telling them to allow them to learn how to manage their symptoms and meet their needs to reduce the hold that anxiety has over their life.
Utilizing my intuitive ability to see the bigger picture of life transitions that my clients are experiencing, I am able to help them understand their transitions and the roadblocks that are preventing them from being able to move forward and flow through life.
