My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I place great importance on creating a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment to build strong therapeutic relationships. I believe that everyone has the potential to change and grow at any stage of life, and there are no limits to human capacity. Many mental health issues stem from unhealthy learned behaviors, which means these patterns can be unlearned and replaced with healthier ones. Having struggled with severe anxiety and panic attacks as a child, I found my own path to healing through therapy. I learned to manage my anxiety and reclaim control over my life, and I haven’t experienced a panic attack in years. My goal is for you to experience the same sense of freedom.
