I work with individuals, couples, adolescents and families by using theories of psychology that emphasize the importance of relationships, family systems, behavioral change, and establishing healthy boundaries. I am available for short and long-term treatment methods and utilize evidence-based therapy.
I have spent the last twenty years working with adolescents in prison, in residential treatment centers, and in private. I have worked with dual diagnosis (substance abuse and mental health challenges) for most of those years. I have helped those who have experienced trauma, abuse and violence redefine "normal" for themselves and continue in life.
As we work to discover your challenges and the way they are affecting you, we will learn to manage, cope and possibly resolve. Life is not fair. Despite this reality, you can learn to live as the best possible version of yourself.
