About My Clients
In my practice, I help clients struggling with addiction, men's issues, trauma, and PTSD in relationships or families. Together, we explore and create personalized plans for recovery. My empathetic, non-judgmental approach fosters lasting improvement, bringing hope and support to those seeking healing.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with adolescents, individuals, couples, and families, offering a psychodynamic, open, and centered approach within my practice. The core of my work revolves around assisting individuals in alleviating their distress, enhancing their capacity to establish meaningful connections with others more effectively and efficiently, and ultimately, achieving their desired life outcomes. My expertise is skillfully guiding people through diverse life transitions, encompassing areas like recovery, adolescence, self-discovery, relationships, work, self-identity, grief, and trauma. My focus on couples and families is deeply rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and I am presently undergoing rigorous training toward Certification in this approach. I take pride in supporting adolescents, adults, and individuals from diverse backgrounds, including all genders, races, sexual orientations, and spiritual beliefs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe our attachment styles have a central influence over our self-perception, and we experience the world. Relationships serve as a source of healing and personal development. I am currently a post-graduate resident with Centus Counseling, Consulting, and Education with direct LPC supervision. If you're curious about how my approach give me a call.
