I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate University. I have experience working with adolescents and adults in residential and outpatient treatment settings. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, anger, men's issues, trauma, life transitions, grief/loss, sports performance, spirituality, and stress management. I approach therapy from both a collaborative and client-centered perspective helping members reconnect to their inner strengths, re-author their ego constructed story about themselves and the world; and identify the maladaptive behaviors that are preventing them from returning to a state of wholeness. In addition to my master's degree, I also possess a certificate in EMDR training from the EMDR Institute and a certificate in Sports and Fitness Psychology from California State University Dominguez Hills.
