My Background and Approach
My treatment approach is integrative, and depends on your needs and preferences. I usually use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. I strive to provide excellent care - by making sure our time together is productive and that you leave each meeting with something valuable.
