I'm Dr. Rance, a clinical psychologist and specialist in ADHD and anxiety with a passion for working with deep feelers and deep thinkers.
Clinical Psychologist in St. Louis Park, MN
I utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help people learn to identify and manage anxious symptoms. I have worked with a number of clients who report improved insight into anxious symptoms, improved ability to manage anxious symptoms, and a life more in line with their values after a handful of sessions.
I have worked as both a child psychologist and adult psychologist with specialized training in both areas. I have specialized training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), which is an evidence-based intervention for parents whose children are struggling with ADHD and behavioral difficulties. I believe that the connection between parent and child is essential to changing behavior and supporting children and focus on this parent-child dynamic in my work.
I have specialized training in this area through Postpartum Support International (Perinatal Mental Health 2-Day Certificate Course).
I have specialized training in assessment and treatment of ADHD. I can help you learn more about ADHD symptoms and teach you strategies to implement in day-to-day life to manage symptoms and meet your goals.
