My Background and Approach
When we first meet, we'll discuss what's been bothering you and I'll share how I can best help you in therapy. Together, we will identify your goals and a treatment plan. From there, we will start therapy and monitor our progress along the way. I aim to foster a compassionate and caring therapeutic space while integrating evidence-based psychological therapies into treatment. I am a specialist in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), hypnosis, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), neurofeedback, and biofeedback. I take an active and collaborative approach to therapy so that you are empowered to make enduring changes. I offer both in-person sessions and teletherapy through my virtual practice.

As a health psychologist, I take a mind/body approach. I integrate psychological therapies that target your overall well-being.
