Integrative therapy encourages the combination of multiple psychological theories in order to tailor treatment to client needs. I often combine behavioral interventions for symptom reduction, with psychodynamic strategies for deeper emotional processing.
Psychodynamic theory has been the main focus of my clinical training since 2013. I am well-versed in applying Freudian, Jungian, Adlerian theories and so much more. Psychodynamic therapy is indicated for emotional issues, especially those rooted in childhood and interpersonal processes.
ACT is a mindfulness-based approach that is evidence-based for the treatment of anxiety disorders. I currently use ACT to treat Panic and Anxiety Disorders, including OCD, Social Anxiety and Agoraphobia. The ACT approach promotes mental clarity and acceptance, combined with goal-setting and skill acquisition.
In my private practice, I provide parent training to support child and family interventions. I specialize in providing behavioral strategies that parent can use to support children at home, as well as parent management training to provide specific parenting skills. I also enjoy helping parents and caregivers explore and process any personal issues that continue to pose a challenge to their family's journey.

In treating anxiety, I often aim to empower clients to pursue their ideal lives as they manage ongoing symptoms. My preferred treatment modality is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which promotes mental clarity, goal setting and non-judgmental evaluation as we challenge the problematic thought patterns that stand in the way.
