I base my therapeutic approach on the needs of each individual client. The modalities I draw from include, but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral, Mindfulness, Strength-Based, Trauma Processing, and Humanistic approaches. I work diligently to develop trusting and collaborative relationship between client and therapist in an effort to address the complications disrupting one's preferred lifestyle. I pride myself on being fully present, authentic, and honest during these times of vulnerability while we strive for change and process the concerns that you are having.
As a trauma and sports therapist when working with individuals, growth happens when individuals can build up a resilient mindset and supportive relationships. I have personal and professional experience working with these populations and will provide a safe space for clients to express their wants and needs in life and work towards goals to meeting these wants and needs.
