In therapy I will help you identify what matters and what may be holding you back from achieving your goals. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and others, we explore how thinking affects behavior, develop effective coping skills, and experience willingness to live life as it is when it is aligned with our values.
