About My Clients
If you feel overwhelmed or tempted to numb out, you may identify as an introvert and/or even as a highly sensitive person (HSP). This may be your first time hearing about HSPs. We can work together to better understand yourself and how to move through the world without having to numb out or use unhealthy coping skills. Therapy can be difficult at times, and having a guide with you can help.

As a fellow introvert and HSP, I understand how difficult it can be to navigate through today’s very extroverted and loud society. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Each individual is worthy because each individual exists. People are all works in progress. Mental health is part of overall health and wellbeing. I strongly value authenticity, empowerment, growth, and vulnerability. I am passionate about feminism, body/sex positivity, LGBTQIA+ concerns, and various social justice issues, including racial trauma.
