My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and a Certified Life Coach and I currently offers services as a Relationship and Intimacy Coach to women all over the globe. I works with women who identify as the lower libido partner in their intimate relationship and experience a slew of stress and negative emotions (e.g., guilt, frustration, resentment, anger, shame) about their lack of desire for sex. My coaching approach is informed by my clinical experience and helps women increase their self-confidence and their emotional, relational and sexual well-being and results in less stressful, easier and more pleasurable sexual experiences.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You feel responsible for your partner’s unhappiness when you say “no”, and you feel guilty and ashamed that you don't have more desire for sex. You don’t want your partner to be upset and miserable so you say “yes” when you don't really mean it, and then you feel resentful and upset so you start to emotionally disconnect. You may even worry that your partner will cheat or leave if you don't have enough sex, so you feel obligated to have it and then you feel used and unimportant. I want to help you manage the mental baggage around sex that kills your libido and leads to avoidance of intimacy in your relationship, so you can finally relax, spend quality time with your partner and allow the desire and intimacy to rekindle.
