About My Clients
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re under constant stress, whether it be work-related, family conflict, relationship trouble, or dealing with your inner conflict and fears. Maybe you are not able to live your true authentic self because of the messages and values placed on you by your culture, religion, and society. You want to be seen and heard as your true genuine self and break free from the messages and values that chained you from living your full authentic self.
My Background and Approach
My main goal is to provide you with a safe and affirming space where you feel heard, believed in, and supported. I utilize many approaches to guide you through your journey, which may include looking through an attachment lens, family dynamics, developmental trauma, cultural/religious lens, etc. One approach that I consistently incorporate into practice is Brainspotting. I am a Brainspotting therapist, and I provide an alternative approach that focuses on working with the mind and body. The motto for Brainspotting is “Where you Look, Affects How you Feel.” Many of my clients shared that they feel less anxious, less irritable, calmer, and more relaxed after a few Brainspotting session. Brainspotting can address a variety of situations and other psychological concerns such as PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress) , Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Pain, etc. Brainspotting can target to enhance your work performance, creativity, whether it be sports, singing, writing, etc.
