About My Clients
I often work with individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, ENM/poly, and who are from a variety of racial and religious backgrounds. I have extensive experience in supporting those with early childhood trauma and histories of abuse. I support clients who have been through the loss of a loved one, and I am particularly versed in supporting those in transition due to grief. I also work with clients who are struggling with generalized anxiety or depression.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Masters in Nature-Based Counseling and additional certification in trauma modalities. I use techniques that support nervous system regulation to help my clients gain stability in their lives. I combine body awareness, IFS (Internal Family Systems), attachment-based therapy, and mindfulness. My approach is compassionate and warm, as sometimes the challenge to a traumatized internal system is to learn how to take in peace and ease. I am deeply invested in human liberation and how oppressive systems affect us, and welcome a space of exploration for us to hold the complexities of all of our histories and identities.
