About My Clients
You cannot recover from anxiety by just remaining calm, or depression by just being positive. Recovery from the battles of life takes time, patience, and releasing old habits. Whether you’re facing mental illness, parenting, relationships, or life transitions; change must occur in order for peace to resurface. It's okay to feel unstable, it's ok for things to not be ok, and it's okay to ask for help. Together, we can create a safe space to identify, explore, and release self-limiting beliefs.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is influenced by different theoretical perspectives including systemic, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, integrative and psychospiritual. The models I use most frequently include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and emotion focused models, while integrating mindfulness aspects. I believe therapy should be a collaborative work of the client and therapist. I also have training in various treatment models to include Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and The Gottman Method that are integrated into the psychotherapy process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My passion is to guide those on their journey of awakening or spiritual enlightenment, and help them understand their connection to the Universe. I have been on my own spiritual journey since 2014, and believe it is my purpose to help others release old patterns and beliefs in order to step into authenticity, step back into their own power, and live to serve their highest good every day. My work with individuals, couples, and families can help you better understand the purpose and meaning behind your relationships and create new healthy patterns that work towards autonomy and Universal Love.
