About My Clients
Embracing Change Counseling provides a safe space for our clients to understand themselves better and make valued changes in their lives. Our clients want to understand both how they got to where they are, and where they are going. Our clients want help setting boundaries, improve communication skills and relationships, and better manage their mental health symptoms.
My Background and Approach
We use various modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), EMDR, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and other approaches.
