About My Clients
My goal as a therapist is to provide that space for you to feel safe, supported and understood. If you are experiencing sadness, anxiety, struggles in relationships, difficulty with day-to-day tasks or just feeling overwhelmed with life- I am here to help! I offer individual sessions as well as online sessions, if appropriate. I specialize in working with young adults and adults struggling with anxiety, life transitions, depression, low self-esteem and interpersonal conflicts.
My Background and Approach
My approach includes a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral therapy and mindfulness. Whatever the concerns may be, you do not have to struggle alone.
