I like to work collaboratively with my clients regarding their treatment. I hold the belief that they are the expert on themselves and their life and this is your therapy. I come from a trauma informed background. Whether you’re dealing with depression, stress, anxiety, relationships, sex, or just life I love integrating how the brain and body show up in our everyday lives . I often integrate elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, and somatic experiencing. I am also a trained EMDR therapist.
