About My Clients
Are you finding it difficult to make sense of life after loss? I am a Licensed Psychologist who is passionate about working with individuals struggling with grief and loss, including the often traumatic and complex grief following death by suicide. Whether you are a friend, family member, or fellow clinician who has experienced loss by suicide, you deserve a space to share and process your feelings and grief.
My Background and Approach
Using mindfulness-based strategies in a nonjudgmental, encouraging, and supportive environment, clients gain insight and practice self-compassion in processing grief and significant life changes allowing them to integrate their experience of loss and change in a healthy and meaningful way, leading to a life with a renewed sense of purpose.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I don't believe that there is a limit to human capacity. I offer the lived experience of life after suicide loss. I have personally journeyed through the devastation, debilitating grief, and traumatic aftermath of a loved ones death by suicide. I hear you. I see you. There is hope.
