About My Clients
I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or limiting beliefs holding them back in crucial areas of their life (school, work, relationships). I am particularly interested in working with clients adjusting to stressful life transitions, as well as college age students and those who have an unresolved loss or suffered early attachment trauma with complicated relationships with their parenting figures.
My Background and Approach
With trust and respect, we will work together to understand the meaning of the experiences that are causing you frustration and pain. I will help you explore places in your life where you feel stuck- recurrent patterns, limiting beliefs, painful choices - to understand why they no longer work for you and to help you to make positive changes. My approach integrates elements of evidence-based therapies including; Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

Before starting therapy and embarking on the path of inquiry, it's most important to find a therapist who is a good fit for you.
