Although I am familiar with a variety of therapeutic approaches, I mostly work from a psychodynamic orientation and my focus is to help shed a light on possible troubling relational patterns and how they may be negatively impacting your life so that you can rebuild on more healthy ones. I also work from a cognitive behavioral approach, where I guide you in evaluating and changing how your thoughts and feelings influence your actions. Still, depending on what you bring into therapy, I would like to tailor my work to support you addressing it.
I have experience with young adults and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds using an integrative approach and perspective. My work also emphasizes on the importance of relationships, family systems, and behavioral change. I am available for short and long-term treatment methods and utilize evidence-based therapies.
