I best serve clients that experience depression, anxiety and daily stressors, these clients range from preteens to adults. I help clients with tools to manage their stress, make a collaborative effort with them to find solutions, as well as help them recognize patterns and behaviours that lead to stress, depression, burnout and lack of motivation.
My Background and Approach
I am a person that understands the importance of individuality, self expression, self care and relationships. I help clients become empowered as they go through their personal journey and help them with tools for better understanding themselves. I provide clients with words of encouragement, a safe space to talk, and interventions that are best suited toward their therapeutic goals. This means that there is a collaborative effort between myself and my clients to find the best ways to reach these goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a person that believes in equality, individuality and the strength of unity. I believe that everyone has the power to reflect, change and heal which leads them to being their best selves. Community outreach and suicide prevention are very important to me, letting someone know that they are supported and showing up for them is very powerful and can be very impactful and life changing/saving.
