I am a cognitive behavioral therapist and applied behavior analyst who provides individual, child, and family therapy. I specialize in working with individuals with autism and family members/ loved ones of those with disabilities. I take a person-centered approach to therapy with the belief that internal and external factors contribute to health, happiness, and the overall sense of well-being. We will work to clarify values, establish goals, and build opportunities for thriving.
My Background and Approach
I am a trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapist and board certified behavior analyst providing individual and family services. I specialize in working with individuals, children, and families. I take a person-centered approach to therapy with the belief that both internal and external factors contribute to overall health and well-being. As a cognitive behavioral therapist, I seek to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and how these three component work together. As a board certified behavior analyst I will help you to understand how environmental factors and your history impact your life and can motivate change. I have significant experience in working with individuals with disabilities (particularly autism spectrum disorder), as well as the loved ones of individuals with disabilities.
