About My Clients
I enjoy working with clients navigating grief, trauma, chronic pain, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem or boundary issues. I welcome those who seek to reconnect with themselves, their community, and the broader natural world. My experience includes working with diverse populations, from high school students to state employees and survivors of sex trafficking, addressing a wide range of challenges and supporting meaningful growth.
My Background and Approach
I know how powerful it is to have a space where all parts of yourself are welcome, and how transformative support can be in helping you show up more fully in life. In therapy with me, you’ll find a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where we’ll work together to understand your feelings and patterns, navigate challenges, and develop supportive coping strategies. Our sessions will be a space for reflection, growth, and self-discovery, helping you gain a more expansive view of yourself and your possibilities. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy with me offers the opportunity for meaningful and lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m deeply committed to collective liberation and believe in the power of community. I support mutual aid efforts by donating proceeds from my workshops and essence practice, and I volunteer in the local arts community. I believe there is no “Planet B,” and as an animist and uninvited guest on stolen Indigenous land, I’m dedicated to restoring our relationship with the earth. My activism includes disability justice, abolition, anti-Zionism, LGBTQIA+ rights, environmental concerns, and reproductive justice. As an anti-capitalist and anti-racist therapist, I’m always working to decolonize my approach to therapy, making sure it’s grounded in equity and justice.
