About My Clients
I enjoy working with clients on issues related to ADHD, autism, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I love working with those who are looking to set goals or are in a period of uncertainty. If you are someone who feels stuck, are in a transition phase of your life, or are looking for help navigating challenges, we can work together to find clarity.
My Background and Approach
I take a client-centered, solution-focused approach that highlights each client's strengths. My goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive, non-judgemental space where you feel safe to share. I seek to work alongside you and encourage your growth as you pursue your therapeutic goals. I specialize in neurodivergent-affirming care, providing compassionate and effective treatment for individuals struggling with ADHD and autism traits. I enjoy working with clients to not only learn more about various aspects of neurodivergence, but also to develop the skills and strategies to manage life in a neurotypical world and improve daily functioning. I am happy to provide compassionate, expert care regarding ADHD, autism, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD, depression, and anxiety. I also seek to provide a safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ community.
My Values as a Therapist
I seek to provide you with authentic support where a solid foundation for trust can develop. My hope is that through therapy, you can form a deeper connection with yourself and your personal strengths in order to improve your quality of life and overall well-being. I consider that every person has their own purpose for seeking therapy and that treatment isn’t “one size fits all.” I believe that all factors in human existence — personal, environmental, and cultural — play a role in treatment. I strive to see you through the lens of your own unique experiences and worldviews, and to tailor treatment to best fit your needs.
