About My Clients
I enjoy working with clients on issues related to ADHD, life transitions, navigating the college/young adult stage, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD (including narcissistic abuse), kinship care (caring for children of relatives), Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), depression, and anxiety. I also love working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients.
My Approach to Helping
I take a client-centered, solution-focused approach that highlights each client's strengths. My goal as a therapist is to provide a supportive, non-judgemental environment where you feel safe to share. I seek to work alongside you and encourage your growth as you pursue your therapeutic goals.
My Values as a Therapist
I seek to provide you with authentic support where a solid foundation for trust can develop. My hope is that through therapy, you can form a deeper connection with yourself and your personal strengths in order to improve your quality of life and overall well-being. I consider that every person has their own purpose for seeking therapy and that treatment isn’t “one size fits all.” I believe that all factors in human existence — personal, environmental, and cultural — play a role in treatment. I strive to see you through the lens of your own unique experiences and worldviews, and to tailor treatment to best fit your needs.
