I specialize in approaches to support healing from trauma (EMDR), creating healthier relationships (Emotion Focused Therapy, Attachment-based), and reducing stress and anxiety (Mindfulness, ACT). My approach to therapy is integrative; I'll pull from a variety of clinical experiences, trainings, and resources that we can use to help you start to feel better. I believe that it doesn't have to be this way; that healing, and emotional and mental well-being are possible with the right kind of support. That’s why I meet clients from the perspective of “what has happened to lead to these challenges?”
