I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Foresight. I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling and Applied Educational Psychology at Northeastern University. I have utilized various treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Behavior Activation (BA). My approach to therapy is person-centered and influenced by narrative and brief solution-focused treatment modalities. I have experience working with clients struggling with substance misuse, mood disorders, anxiety, early onset of psychosis, grief / loss and adjustment disorders. I utilize evidenced-based practices including mindfulness and stress-management techniques, social-emotional communication skills, and cognitive-behavior techniques. I will provide a safe space for you to identify your priorities, will work collaboratively as you explore areas of focus for change, and will support you as you make progress on your treatment goals.
