Everyone with AHDH understands the phrase the squirrel is real. Everything can be going simply fine, and the squirrel will hop on over to distract you or run off with something very important ( car keys, homework, etc.). I help my claims gain the skills they need to be able to handle all the ups and downs of ADHD.
My Background and Approach
My theory is you go to a specialist for medical care and deserve the same for your mental health. I have trained in anxiety and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Ready to tame the squirrel?
