My clients come to me when their responsibilities have become overwhelming and are now taking a toll on their own mental health. They may describe feeling confused, stressed, frustrated anxious and depressed. Many of my clients are therapists or professional caregivers or parents with children of all ages. My Background and Approach
I have over 25 years of experience helping people reduce worry and sadness and improve their quality of life. My career has been a fulfilling journey of experiences that have taught me the value of life, happiness and a therapist that you can truly say is aligned with your needs. I am laser focused on starting where my clients are, being in the trenches and helping them find their way out. I take an empathic, mindful and nonjudgemental approach, understanding that everyone is a unique individual. Together we will review your personal history, look at patterns that have developed and how it has led you to feel the way that you feel.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people are capable of change, if they are motivated and ready. I also believe that people can make mistakes and learn from them. I also feel strongly that people have patterns that have developed over the years of experience that can sometimes be hard habits to break. Even when these behaviors are connected to the suffering, mourning the loss of these actions is something that we can work through together. There is another way to accomplish goals, and reduce the negative emotions that you may have been living with for a long time. Anxiety and depression, are tough to go through alone and there is no need to pass up this opportunity to reach out to me for help.
