About My Clients
My ideal client is someone who is motivated and willing to work on promoting their personal growth. Someone who is willing to be challenged and pushed to accomplish their goals. A person who is willing to express vulnerability and address avoidance patterns in order to promote change. I particularly enjoy working with trauma and PTSD and other anxiety based disorders. This is an area that can significantly improve quality of life for my clients when they are able to effectively work through it.

I am certified as a Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapist, and have been trained in providing Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy and CBT Insomnia (CBT-I) therapy.
