Depression. Anxiety. Self-loathing. Low self-esteem. These are common issues that people face when it comes to mental health challenges, which are enough to make life difficult. Chances are your romantic relationships, friendships, and most importantly your relationship with yourself have been greatly impacted by these. There's this sense that something has to change, but you don't know where to begin. Trust me I understand, because I’ve been there.
My Background and Approach
The key for me was to have someone to talk to and process my emotions and thoughts that were hard to look at alone. My main form of therapy is relational and psychodynamic, although I draw from contemplative traditions when appropriate as well. Together we examine the emotional and psychological underpinnings of what’s going on, how you got here, and more fundamentally, who you are. I work with people who are looking for someone non-judgmental, compassionate, and understanding. You won’t be shamed, and your struggle will be acknowledged as a real mental health concern. We’ll work together to help you re-ignite your passions, build healthier relationships, and uncover a more authentic self.
