About My Clients
As a mental health counselor, I use an integrative and holistic treatment approach with teens, adults, couples, and families to treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, OCD, trichotillomania, eating disorders, life transition difficulties, and relationship issues. I value taking the time to listen closely to each client's needs and tailor sessions to where they currently are.

My treatment approach is integrative and holistic, as I take the time to listen closely and tailor sessions to each client where they currently are. My techniques are primarily pulled from Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, all while having a strong foundation in self-compassion. I use evidence-based treatment to provide clients with tools to successfully overcome their struggles while helping them understand their triggers, regulate emotions, tolerate distress, practice mindfulness and meditation, and challenge irrational thought patterns. With the use of mindfulness approaches and self-compassion techniques, I assist my clients in recognizing their strengths and breaking down what may be standing between them and living a happier, more fulfilling life.
