Picture this: you are going through the most traumatic time of your life. You may be anxious, depressed, feel like an outcast, or feel like you don’t have anyone to talk to. You spend your time just “going through the motions”, in hopes that all of your problems will just disappear. I intend to be your guide to healing in your life. Healing is your right as a person! Allow me to give you the tools to reframe your idea of a good life. It’s possible!
My Background and Approach
I provide support to children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, women’s issues, the LGBTQ+ community, and people struggling with daily stressors. I practice from a person-centered, holistic, and trauma-informed approaches utilizing elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness. All of that mumbo jumbo simply means that I am here for YOU and will provide a safe space for you to be your complete and unfiltered self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone can become free when given the correct tools to do so. No matter your race, gender, or sexuality—YOU deserve to be free. No human being is a “lost cause”. YOU matter, YOU deserve to be heard, YOU can heal!
