In sessions together, you'll likely learn important relational and/or coping skills, increase insight, shift patterns that don't serve you and have new experiences of connection, self- and/or partner- discovery. I'll provide a welcoming, compassionate space for you to share what's on your heart and mind and support you in illuminating a way through the rough spots in your life and relationship(s).
In addition to gaining an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Expressive Arts Therapies, I've continued to deepen my knowledge and skill in Couples and Sex Therapy. I love working experientially-- using the "here-and-now" experience to increase mindfulness and to help folks learn new ways to inhabit their bodies, lives, and relationships.
My style is warm, relational, direct and at times, playful. When working with partners, I act as a bridge, helping you and your partner(s) understand each other so that you can experience a connection rich in intimacy and aliveness.
