About My Clients
Why does it feel like the to-do list is never-ending and what’s done is never quite enough? You are diligent about keeping on top of things and it’s gotten you pretty far. Yet, you find yourself asking “I’m running myself ragged for this?” Well, you are not alone. My clients tend to be busy, successful, professionals who feel stressed, anxious, and struggle with imposter syndrome. They seem put together but live in fear of dropping the ball while trying to juggle all the other ones in the air.
My Background and Approach
My approach is kind, genuine, and collaborative. I work to create a supportive and safe environment so my clients can explore what’s working and what’s not in their lives. Together we create a plan to address what needs to change, learn skills to cope with and accept what we can’t change, and then take action. I believe therapy is a working partnership, so I check-in occasionally to see if we shift approaches as well as provide a little push with encouragement if my clients are feeling stuck.
