I help by breaking down big struggles into manageable steps you can take towards growth. I help families communicate with each other and schools about needs for relating, relaxing, and learning. This can include discussing IEP/504 accommodations, considering impacts of being highly sensitive, and recognizing the barriers in culture that limit access to what we need to live peacefully.
My training and degree is in Mental Health Counseling from Western Washington University. I have earned certificates in Washington as a Child Mental Health Specialist and as a Disability Mental Health Specialist. I also offer clinical supervision.
