I had experience in a pain clinic where I worked with individuals and groups to manage chronic pain. I have also separately co-facilitated a group on helping individuals manage their chronic pain.
I have attended multiple trainings and used motivational interviewing techniques with multiple individuals.

I attended a 2-day ACT workshop with Steven Hayes, the founder of ACT. I also received a one-day training in ACT by one of the national trainers at the VA. I have successfully used ACT in individual and group therapy settings.
I know about the biology of stress and can teach a variety of coping strategies and skills to manage stress.
