Most of my study and work has been focused on treatment for those suffering with trauma. I focus on techniques that can help alleviate symptoms and get to the root cause.
As humans, I deeply believe that we all have a mind, body and soul. Each of these areas of our human experience need tending too. I blend practices to support healing for all aspects of the human self.
As a certified mindfulness teacher, I integrate mindfulness practices through out sessions as your are comfortable. Mindfulness skills are essential when working through symptoms of stress, depression and anxiety.
