Depression is created from chronic stress and/or trauma. In our sessions together we'll spend time gaining an understanding of how the nervous system works . We'll utilize body-centered somatic practices to befriend your nervous system, and practice nervous system regulating tools. I believe that supporting the nervous system makes it easier to make adjustments to thoughts and behaviors that feel undesirable.
