I support Black women, Indigenous women, and women of the global majority who are living with depression and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I am a weight neutral practitioner and I believe that there is no right way to heal. I have found, however, that addressing mental health in a holistic manner is the most effective route to healing. In our sessions you can expect to experience a combination of somatic practices, body-based creative expression, mindfulness practices, and behavioral techniques, like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and cognitive processing for trauma.
