I believe that our perspectives are different for everyone depending on our own personal experiences. Our inner beliefs and thoughts are then created based on our environment, growth or lack of it. I understand that they might not always be healthy but we can process and challenge them while also taking control of our lives again. My practice is based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) that shows us that our thoughts, emotions and behaviors are all connected and depending on the perspective that we give to each situation, whether negative or positive will create the outcome of our well-being.
I offer a safe place with compassion, empathy and honesty with a non-judgmental presence. I trust that when you feel the safety of the environment it will give you an opportunity to say the things you would otherwise never say. I strive to help you process and to learn new tools to finally feel unstuck again.
