My Background and Approach
I bring a wealth of experience from diverse settings in both research and therapy. Trained by the University of Pennsylvania, Beck Institute, and currently at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, I provide effective counseling for your emotional health. Additionally, I am trained in Complementary and Alternative Medicine, such as EFT, instinctive medication, and trauma-informed yoga.
