About My Clients
I am a therapist trained in working with body and mind to help you experience more vitality, choice, and empowerment. I am primarily an experiential and process-oriented therapist, although I draw on many modalities and techniques based on your needs, including evidence based practices (DBT, ACT, and EFT) and mindfulness.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic approach is guided by existential, person-centered, and somatic (body-centered) frameworks. People often seek out therapy when they are feeling stuck, lost, and isolated from themselves and others. Therapy is an opportunity to explore the terrain of the self; to understand oneself better and feel more connected to others. My mission is to provide a safe and compassionate environment for healing, exploration, and expression.
