I provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and integrative therapy to children, teens and adults, which utilizes different forms of therapy to meet each client's individual needs. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, and stress, along with helping clients develop coping skills to manage issues related to life-goal development. I also have experience in the school setting, having worked for several years as a teacher in both public and private schools prior to my work as a therapist.
