Living life as a human can be really hard sometimes. Maybe you’ve been feeling depressed for a while and haven’t been able to find a way out of it. Maybe anxiety has been holding you back from really showing up in your life the way you want to for too long. Maybe you’re feeling stuck in life, have lost your sense of purpose, or can’t seem to find your path. Whatever it is that brings you here, we’re happy you found us.
My Background and Approach
My focus is on personal growth to resolve your concerns and find the fulfillment you want. I integrate several perspectives In person or telehealth counseling practice to meet a full range of needs. Those perspectives include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and other approaches for working with individuals. I am here to provide guidance, support, empathic listening, empowerment and education to those who embark on this experience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every client has the right to feel safe as they explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Within each human being there is the potential for growth. It is my goal to create a safe, holistic, and respectful environment, developing a collaborative relationship between client/therapist that promotes personal growth through support, validation and challenge.
