I can help by co-creating a brave and safe space and validating you - especially when it feels like no one understands. We'll rebuild coping skills for relief now and prevention later. I'll challenge you (with care), offer accountability, and use your strengths to help you meet your goals. Ideally, we'll also laugh together and connect as humans.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
I'm honored to work with a diverse client caseload & welcome clients of all identities. Therapy should be a confidential space in which you feel validated, heard, and supported as your unique self. My values as a human and therapist include cultural humility, LGBTQIA+ affirmation, and advocating for social justice issues. It's important to me that I not only understand but also combat systemic racism, sexism, religious minority marginalization, hetero- normatively, etc etc etc... which includes helping clients to process and heal from related negative experiences.
